Promise Land Farms offers full care boarding in our 20 stall barn.

Our adjacent 30 stall barn is used for our beginner lessons/summer camp program,
show stabling and special events. 

Boarding Barn Features:

  • Large well ventilated 12 x 12 stalls; each with window outside and drop down aisle window
  • Attached to indoor arena
  • Washrack with hot and cold water
  • Restroom in barn
  • Automatic waterers in stalls
  • Fully matted stalls
  • Well lit barn with light over every stall
  • Individual oversized tack locker
We offer a heated lounge, kitchenette, and bathroom (pictured below) that overlooks the indoor arena. Indoor arena is 70 x 225 and adjcent is our 60 x 120 small outdoor dressage arena.
 

Full care board:

  • Option A: $425/ month, no work hours required
  • Option B: $375/ month; 5 hours work required per month
  • Option C: $325/ month; 10 hours work required per month

Any additional hours worked can apply to lessons, training, or show fees. No further board reductions can be taken.

All board and lease options require a contract; 6 month minimum for boarding. Shorter boarding arrangements may be permitted at Option A board prices.

 

All boarding options include:

  • Hay fed 4 times per day
  • Morning/Evening grain
  • Stalls cleaned 6 days a week
  • Basic blanketing provided
  • Daily group turnout

    • We have sand paddocks for all weather turnout (lunch is fed outside) and grass pastures for summer turn out. Horses are outside all day except in cases of extreme weather (thunderstorms, ice, etc). 

    Other riding areas include our large grass jump field with a variety of cross country and stadium jumps and over 70 acres of well maintained trails. Trails will take you around pastures, hay fields, and through the woods.

    Promise Land Farm backs up to the new Morgan Preserve. Morgan Preserve is a wonderful 504 acre park, full of wildlife, bird watching with many improvements to come.
